WingPH Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1 General Terms

Welcome to WingPH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and WingPH ("WingPH," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at wingph.com. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the WingPH platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

WingPH operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our operations are governed by applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations. These Terms are designed to be consistent with those regulatory requirements and to protect both WingPH and all players using the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the WingPH platform. Continued use of any WingPH service constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their current form.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on WingPH, including but not limited to: real money card games (Tongits, Pusoy, Poker), sports betting (PBA, NBA, volleyball, and international leagues), promotional bonuses, and all account and payment services.

2 Account Registration

To access real money games and betting services on WingPH, you must create a registered account. Account registration is free. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

Eligibility requirements for WingPH account registration:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or shareholder of WingPH or any affiliated company.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or WingPH.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one WingPH account. You may not create a second account if you have an existing account, even if that account has been suspended or restricted. If WingPH identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual (by device, payment method, address, name, or other identifying information), all accounts will be subject to investigation and potential suspension. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WingPH login credentials. You must not share your password, allow any other person to access your account, or sell or transfer your account to another person. WingPH is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact WingPH support immediately at support@wingph.com.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: WingPH is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to submit government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in a hold on withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3 Deposits and Payments

WingPH accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Filipino players:

• GCash e-wallet
• Maya (PayMaya) e-wallet
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at WingPH is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. Please refer to the Cashier section of your WingPH account for current limits applicable to your account.

Currency: All transactions on WingPH are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied.

Deposit Processing: Deposits through GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are typically credited to your WingPH wallet within minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. WingPH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods that belong to another person, or depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. WingPH reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit transaction that triggers an AML concern.

4 Withdrawals

WingPH is committed to processing withdrawal requests quickly and reliably. Most GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are completed within 5 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal requirements:

• Your WingPH account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal method must be in the same name as your registered WingPH account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before real money balance can be withdrawn.
• You must have made at least one qualifying real money deposit before initiating a withdrawal.

Withdrawal Verification: WingPH may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal if it exceeds a threshold amount, if unusual activity is detected on the account, or if required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering protocols. This process exists to protect players as much as WingPH.

Failed Withdrawals: If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect payment details, account name mismatch, or insufficient GCash/bank balance to receive, WingPH will return the funds to your WingPH wallet and notify you via the registered email. You will need to resubmit with corrected details. WingPH is not responsible for withdrawal failures caused by your payment provider's systems.

Withdrawal to Same Method: WingPH strongly recommends that you withdraw using the same payment method you used to deposit. While this is not always mandatory, it is WingPH policy to prioritize returns to source in line with AML best practices.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

WingPH offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These General Terms apply to all WingPH bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are credited to the WingPH bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to real money.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be turned over in qualifying real money play before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Each WingPH player is entitled to one welcome bonus unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.
• WingPH reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to change the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice, and to disqualify players from promotions for abusive behaviour.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to fulfill withdrawal minimums until wagering requirements are met.

Bonus Abuse: WingPH employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns including — but not limited to — low-risk hedging strategies intended to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play between linked accounts to exploit promotional terms, and repetitive exploitation of the same promotion across multiple accounts. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balance and any winnings derived from it forfeited, and their account may be suspended.

6 Gameplay and Fair Play Rules

WingPH operates certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all card games including Tongits, Pusoy, and Poker. The RNG has been independently tested and certified for statistical randomness and fairness. No employee, system, or player can influence the outcome of any deal or shuffle.

Prohibited activities on WingPH:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Collusion with other players — coordinating your play to give one player an unfair advantage over others at the table.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips to a partner at the same table.
• Match manipulation or soft play of any kind in poker or card game formats.
• Using any software that reads or interprets opponents' hole cards, game states, or other information beyond what is visible to a legitimate player.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to WingPH immediately.

Consequences of Fair Play Violations: Any player found to be in breach of WingPH's fair play rules will have their account suspended immediately. All funds in the account at the time of suspension may be forfeited pending investigation. WingPH may report serious fair play violations to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities where appropriate.

Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from WingPH during an active game, your hand or bet will be managed according to the rules of that specific game format as described in the platform help section. WingPH uses connection stability monitoring to minimize the impact of disconnections on active games.

7 Sports Betting Rules

WingPH offers pre-game and live in-play sports betting across a range of markets including PBA basketball, NBA, Philippine volleyball (PVL), football, boxing, MMA, esports, and more. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on WingPH.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as published by the governing body or recognized official source for that sport. WingPH reserves the right to delay settlement if there is any uncertainty about the official result.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by WingPH in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed, the event does not complete sufficient action for the market to be settled, incorrect odds were published due to a technical error, or the event is determined to have been subject to irregular or suspicious activity.

Maximum Bet Limits: WingPH applies maximum bet limits per market, per event, and per account. These limits exist to manage risk and ensure sustainable operation. WingPH reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts at its discretion without prior notice.

Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed. WingPH may suspend live betting markets at any time — including during play — due to key events, data feed delays, or risk management requirements. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless the event is voided under the conditions described above.

Bet Errors: If odds are clearly published in error (for example, a massive favourite offered at +500 due to a technical glitch), WingPH reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. WingPH will make reasonable efforts to honor correct odds when errors are minor and not systemic.

8 Responsible Gaming

WingPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products. We believe that gaming should always be entertainment — a fun, voluntary activity that players engage in with money they can genuinely afford to spend on leisure. WingPH does not encourage gambling as a financial strategy or a solution to personal problems.

Tools available to all WingPH players:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your WingPH account.
• Session Reminders — Receive in-game notifications when your gaming session exceeds a duration you specify.
• Loss Limits — Set a ceiling on how much you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Take a temporary break from WingPH for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or for a long-term period, block yourself from accessing your WingPH account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration.

These tools are available in the Responsible Gaming section of your WingPH account settings. Lowering any limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 7-day reflection period before taking effect.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

WingPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. Actions that may trigger suspension include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the WingPH account.
• Chargeback disputes initiated with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting WingPH support.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed toward WingPH staff or other players.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geo-compliance restrictions.

Account Closure by Player: You may close your WingPH account at any time by contacting support at support@wingph.com. Before closure, any legitimate remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

Dormant Accounts: A WingPH account is considered dormant if there has been no login or real money activity for 12 consecutive months. WingPH may begin deducting a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 from dormant account balances after this period. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate your account, simply log in to WingPH.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

WingPH collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering at WingPH, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

WingPH uses your personal data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have consented to receive them. Your data is not sold to third parties. WingPH implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect all player data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the WingPH platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, trade names, and the arrangement of all platform elements — is the intellectual property of WingPH or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the WingPH platform strictly for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the WingPH platform without the express written consent of WingPH.

12 Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

WingPH provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 24/7 availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or data transmission errors beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, WingPH's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of real money deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. WingPH is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute about a game outcome, bet settlement, account action, or payment, you should first contact WingPH's customer support team through Live Chat or email at support@wingph.com. WingPH will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If you are unsatisfied with WingPH's response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official complaints process.

13 Changes to These Terms

WingPH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, WingPH will notify registered players by email and/or via a notification within the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR.

The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this document. Your continued use of WingPH after any revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using WingPH and may request account closure as described in Section 9.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. WingPH operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to the regulatory oversight of that body.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through WingPH's internal complaints process or PAGCOR mediation shall be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.

By registering and using WingPH, you submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and agree that Philippine law governs all aspects of your relationship with WingPH.
